Masterclass Policies

This policy applies to all students, techs, healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other licensed healthcare providers who wish to participate in the Masterclasses.

Eligibility

a. Participants must hold a valid medical license or professional certification relevant to their field of practice.

b. Prior experience in injectable procedures may be required for certain advanced-level masterclasses.

c. Participants must meet any additional prerequisites specified by the organizing institution.

Registration

a. Participants must complete the registration process and will be sent to the online curriculum registration portal designated by the organizing institution as per class.

b. Registration fees or deposits, if applicable, must be paid in full at the time of registration to secure a place in the masterclass.

c. Registration may be subject to availability, and enrollment may be limited based on capacity constraints.

​Profesional Conduct 

a. Participants must conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times during the masterclass.

b. Respectful behavior towards instructors, fellow participants, and staff is expected.

c. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the masterclass.

Confidentiality

a. Participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of patient information and case discussions presented during the masterclass.

b. Sharing or dissemination of sensitive information discussed during the masterclass is strictly prohibited.

Continuing Education Credits

a. Participants may be receive continuing education credits or certification of attendance upon successful completion of the eligible masterclasses.

b. Requirements for obtaining credits or certification will be communicated by the organizing institution.

Cancellation & Refunds Policy 

a. Participants who wish to cancel their registration must adhere to the cancellation policy specified by the organizing institution.

b. Refund requests may be subject to administrative fees or penalties.

c. The organizing institution reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the masterclass due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified, and appropriate arrangements will be made.

d. Participants who give sufficient notice to cancel a class will be able to reschedule a masterclass or receive a credit

Amendments to this Policy 

a. This policy is subject to periodic review and may be amended or updated as deemed necessary by the organizing institution.

b. Participants will be notified of any changes to the policy in advance.

By registering for the Injectable Masterclass, participants acknowledge their understanding and agreement to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
